Meghan Markle is giving a glimpse behind the scenes of her latest podcast.
The Confessions of a Female Founder host, 43, shared a new video via Instagram Stories on Friday, May 23, speaking into the camera. While hanging outdoors, where birds can be heard chirping in the background, the Duchess of Sussex called the latest episode featuring her longtime friend Cassandra Morales Thurswell "such a good one."
"I hope you get a chance to watch, and in the spirit of memory lane, here are some behind-the-scenes videos from the making of our photo shoot for Confessions of a Female Founder," she said.
Footage then showed Meghan posing in various outfits, getting makeup touched up and checking out the images on a computer screen. After trying out a white top and a red shirt, the final clips showed her wearing the blue button-down top that was seen in the promotional image for the podcast.
Since returning to Instagram at the start of 2025, Meghan has given unprecedented looks at her life, including time at home with Prince Harry and their two children -- Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet -- her Netflix show and more.
Confessions of a Female Founder from Lemonada Media, which debuted on April 8, sees Meghan welcome guests to discuss the highs and lows of being women business owners. The Duchess of Sussex launched her lifestyle brand, As ever, in March, and has discussed some of the struggles of starting a business on the podcast.
She said in one episode, "For example, a month ago, I was absolutely consumed with packaging. Boxes. It's all I could think about. I would sit there doing the unboxing in my head: Is there tissue paper? What about the packing peanuts, but they're biodegradable? Where does the sticker go, and what size the box is going to be?"
"Someone says, 'But you don't want to brand the outside of the box, because of porch pirates,' " the Duchess of Sussex recalled. "[I] had never heard that before. What's a porch pirate?"

Speaking to PEOPLE in her most intimate interview in years, Meghan recently shared how other female founders have been a support for her.
"What's been meaningful is being able to talk about my own entrepreneurial journey with other female founders who are either on their own trajectory of growth or have IPO'd, sold, or created high-impact brands and gone through all of the learning curves that we all do at the start," she said.
