FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Valley residents and Fresno State students will likely recognize the name behind the most expensive house for sale in the United States right now.
The "Little Lake Lodge" is located in Aspen, Colorado.
At 27,000 square feet, the home sits on a 74-acre lot. It includes four parcels of land, a private lake and a 45-space parking lot.
Sotheby's has it listed with a starting price of $300 million.
Real Estate experts say it's the priciest place you can buy right now in the country.
According to the Aspen Times, it was built by California billionaires Lynda and Stewart Resnick, who own the parent company of Fiji Water and Pom Wonderful.
The Resnicks are also very generous donors to Fresno State, with the Student Union named in their honor.
The couple has also provided scholarships for well over 200 students.
