People in the West Bank have expressed hope that a ceasefire deal for the war in Gaza could lead to a united Palestinian future.
The ceasefire came into effect on Friday, after the Israeli government approved a US-brokered deal with Hamas in negotiations that had the personal involvement of US President Donald Trump.
Residents in Ramallah who spoke to the BBC said they hoped the deal would also help Palestinians in the West Bank.
