Situated in the 1300 block of N.W. 52nd St., Vancouver, this single-family house, consisting of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, was sold in December for a price of $600,000, translating to $318 per square foot. The property, constructed in 1964, offers a living area of 1,884 square feet and sits on a 9,168-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Dec. 4.
