Bohemia Interactive has just released the PC demo for the upcoming "Minecraft meets Skyrim" RPG, Everwind. This demo will let you experience this new upcoming first-person sandbox survival RPG.
In Everwind, players will embark on the adventure with their friends. They will be able to build a base on a flying island-ship, gather resources, craft, loot, and fight while they rise above the clouds to uncover the mysteries of this world.
Players will dive into battle armed with a sword in one hand and a shield in the other. They will battle through dungeons, where they will meet various foes that stand between them and the treasure. Moreover, they will use a whole range of powerful magical staffs to get an edge in battle against challenging enemies, or support their friends through the arcane art of alchemy.
The demo is free to play and supports co-op for up to 4 players. You can explore both single-player and multiplayer modes until October 20th. You can download it from this link.
The demo will allow you to step into a small slice of the world they are building, designed to showcase Everwind's core mechanics, atmosphere, and combat system. For now, you'll get to play as the Warrior class, with more classes coming soon as development continues.
