1st September 2025 - (Hong Kong) At approximately 10.15am today, a security guard at King Wah House, Shan King Estate in Tuen Mun reported a strange smell emanating from a unit. After receiving no response from knocking, the guard called for assistance.
Rescue personnel arrived and forced entry into the flat, where they discovered the bodies of a man and a woman, both aged between 40 and 50. Nearby, they found a burnt charcoal stove, and both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators are currently looking into the circumstances surrounding their deaths, which are suspected to be linked to carbon monoxide poisoning.
