We thought we'd seen it all this Christmas, we really did. Then Kim Kardashian released a music video for "Santa Baby" that looks like an episode of American Horror Story, and well, let's just say if anybody can top this insanity, we'll devour a Terry's Chocolate Orange whole. The best part? Kardashian wasn't alone in creating the strange music video, as she had help from Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin, who shows up at the end as a creepy Santa Claus.
The video for Kardashian's rendition of "Santa Baby" (seen below) made its debut on YouTube earlier today, and shows the Reality TV star crawling through a house of Christmas horrors. Shot found-footage-style by Nadia Lee Cohen and Charlie Denis, the thing is packed with strange imagery, including elves doing some plumbing work, a bunch of models in their underwear playing Twister, Jesus looking in a fridge, an elderly woman pruning an incomplete Christmas tree, and two men groping a furry.

By the end of it all, Kardashian crawls her way to Santa Claus holding a camcorder, slowly tracing her fingers up his leg. He puts the device down, and low and behold, there's Culkin donning an unhinged smile to close out the music video, leaving us all to ask: What the hell did we just watch?
Fans React to Kim Kardashian's "Santa Baby" Music Video
Originally recorded in 1953 by Eartha Kitt, "Santa Baby" is one of those classic Christmas songs we hear every year that has been re-recorded by dozens of artists who have put their own spin on the iconic tune. In Season 3 of The Kardashians in 2023, we heard the wealthy socialite recording her own version of the song, but we're not sure if that's the one we hear in her new music video, but honestly, does it matter? Not really.
At the time of this writing, the video has accumulated more than 100,000 views, and the comments section of YouTube is filled with folks reacting to the bizarre piece of art, if that's what you want to call it. "I wish I could delete the last 5 minutes from my memory," said one person. "This is how I would expect hell to be," said another.
Others offered some more hot takes, claiming "This video was filmed at a diddy party!" while an actual fan of Kardashian took the time to say that though they love her work, "this was super disturbing to watch." We couldn't agree more. Then there was this person, who provided a more thoughtful take on perhaps why Kardashian made the video in the first place:
"I think at this point in Kim's career, she's done a million ad campaigns for all her companies... I think this is her expressing herself and doing something different. It's unsettling, a little weird but also funny and shows some of the weird things we do as a society in the name of 'Christmas.'"
We don't know about that, but regardless, if Kardashian wanted to attract attention to herself, then mission accomplished, because right now, "Santa Baby" is the talk of the internet. If you're looking for more Culkin not playing Santa Claus, then be sure to watch for him in the next season of the Prime Video hit Fallout.
