The 1-year-old child who was found dead at a Sacramento County home during a domestic disturbance call has been identified. His father has been accused of murder. A GoFundMe page started on behalf of the boy's family described him as a "kind and joyful soul" who loved dogs, being with family, going to the park and singing hymns. Deputies said they responded to the home on Versailles Way in the Antelope area on Friday for call of a domestic disturbance between the father and mother of the child. They forced themselves inside after the father refused to let them in and fought with him. They found the boy's body in the bedroom. The father, 28-year-old Andrey Demskiy, faces several charges including murder and assault. He is also accused of assaulting his mother-in-law.
