Tenant Inc., a provider of management software and other technology for self-storage and other types of real estate, has integrated its Hummingbird software with SiteWare, an operations platform that centralizes audits, tasks and work orders for self-storage teams. The partnership aims to give operators greater accountability, efficiency and visibility across their portfolio, according to a press release.
The combined solution provides a tool for multi-facility operators to access site conditions and operational activity within a centralized system. Instead of consolidating manual reports, managers can view real-time data and reporting within SiteWare, tracking progress on tasks and work orders through its completion, the release stated.
