The offered damage boost can be further enhanced to 32% if her Bond of Life total goes above 30% HP.
As an extra, the weapon will only awaken its true appearance (that of a crimson scythe) when wielded by Arlecchino. Honestly, if you can, don't skip on her weapon, as we don't know when it might rerun.
