A posthumous memoir by Virginia Giuffre is expected to deal fresh embarrassment to Prince Andrew and is likely to detail how the duke allegedly used a puppet of himself to sexually assault her.

Giuffre, one of the most prominent victims of Jeffrey Epstein, spent years working on the book, titled Nobody's Girl, before she took her own life at her home in Perth, Australia, in April, at the age of 41.

The 400-page book, which will be released in late October, is likely to repeat allegations about the duke she made in an earlier memoir, which was filed in 2015 as part of her defamation case against Epstein's former girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell. In the earlier memoir, unsealed in 2019 and titled The Billionaire's Playboy Club, Giuffre wrote of how she was paid by the financier to have sex with his circle of friends, including Andrew. She previously claimed she had sex with the duke three times as a teenager, including in New York and in London, allegations he denied.

She said Maxwell twirled her around to give him "a good look over". Andrew had a "cheesy grin" on his face, Giuffre wrote, and "looked me up and down like a shiny new car on display and he was about to take it for a test drive" before she sat on his lap. She wrote that Epstein and Maxwell then presented Andrew with a caricature puppet of himself from the satirical 1980s TV show Spitting Image and that he used the puppet to touch her inappropriately.
