Kuwait, September 04 (QNA) - The State of Qatar participated in the 21st meeting of Their Excellencies the Ministers and Heads of Civil Service Authorities in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held in the State of Kuwait, with the attendance of senior officials from the GCC member states.
The Qatari delegation was headed by HE President of the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau and Secretary General of the National Planning Council Dr. Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al Khalifa.
On the sidelines of the meeting, a ceremony was held to honor a number of distinguished Gulf talents in the civil service and administrative development sectors, during which Qatari professional were awarded the GCC Medal in recognition of their efforts and contributions to the public sector.
The honorees from the State of Qatar included the Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Assistant Undersecretary for Islamic Affairs at the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, the Director of Housing and Government Buildings Affairs at the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, Assistant Undersecretary for Agricultureآ andآ Food Security Affairsآ at theآ Ministry of Municipality, and the Assistant Secretary-General for Shared Services at the National Planning Council.
On this occasion, HE President of the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau and Secretary General of the National Planning Council Dr. Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al Khalifa expressed his pride in the honoring of Qatari professionals, affirming that this recognition reflects the GCC's appreciation for their distinguished efforts in public service and their role in advancing administrative development and human capital growth in the State of Qatar.
