Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is reportedly facing a delay after Disney removed its previously listed release date from the official press site.
The change was reported by The Direct. On the Disney press site, the page originally stated "Debuts on Disney+ March 4, 2026," but that date has now been removed. It now reads "Debuts on Disney+ 2026." This has led to speculation about a possible delay.
However, Marvel has not confirmed any changes. On Marvel's official website, the release window still appears as "March 2026." Just last month, Disney also confirmed the same date for the second season. Marvel recently offered fans an early look at the show during New York Comic Con, and also new images revealed the best look yet at Charlie Cox's updated Daredevil suit.
Recently, producer Sana Amanat shared about the upcoming season, and spoke about the creative freedom the team now has. "The landscape was open, and that was so liberating," she said. "We were like, 'We can do whatever we want,'" she said.
Story details for Season 2 remain under wraps, but Vincent D'Onofrio, who plays Wilson Fisk/Kingpin, has shared that Season 2 will pick up right after the end of Season 1.
Daredevil: Born Again continues the story that began in the original Netflix series, which ran from 2015 to 2018. The Disney+ revival premiered its first season in March 2025. The series is created by Dario Scardapane, Matt Corman, and Chris Ord, with Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead directing.
For now, fans will have to wait for an official update. As it stands, Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 is still officially set for March 4, 2026. Season 1 is currently streaming on JioHotstar in India.
