The dawn of summer indicates that it's time for hobbyists to revisit the most well-worn colorway in footwear, the "Triple White." That formula has been in style come the warmer months for decades, but shifting trends over that span means that its most fitting applicants are constantly in flux. With the New Balance 9060 remaining a trendy model and one still continually spotted on the street, it's as sensible pick as any in this "Angora" colorway beginning to circulate on retailer websites.

At the risk of undercutting our lede, this layout doesn't exactly fulfill the monochromatic promise of all-white. Yet, its brightened palette remains just adjacent all the same. The leporine titular shade gets heavy use throughout this design, overtaking the mesh foundation, select pieces in the molded midsole, and dominating the laces. From there, additional off-white shades like "Sea Salt" allow this shoe to thread the needle between trendy neutral tones and that aforementioned summer-ready blueprint.

As noted up top, the New Balance 9060 "Angora" is already populating some retailers' web stores, but a wider NewBalance.com drop hasn't been announced just yet. You can expect unisex sizing and a $150 MSRP once that comes to pass.
