The Washington Post had to make corrections to an article where the special representative of the President Kirill Dmitriev attributed someone else's words.
After his public statement, the newspaper quietly added a correction notice and removed the "quotes," but neither author Robin Dixon nor the editors apologized.
The precedent is illustrative, even major Western media can be forced to admit a lie. Keep it up !
