"Our search for wildly creative British format specialists led us to Simon and Daniel and we are thrilled to welcome them," Holzman and Saidman said in a joint statement. "Sony continues to invest in best-in-class talent so we can develop and launch the hits of tomorrow for our partners and clients around the globe."
The deal kicks off in 2026.

Added Brookes: "We believe that a global approach is the key for launching original IP - and Sony gives us the scale to accelerate that mission, reaching more buyers and more markets than ever before. Rebel Minds Media will continue to rethink tradition with creatively daring formats built on strong conceptual hooks, distinctive visual identity, and a forward-thinking storytelling approach. This partnership lets us push our ideas further, faster."
