Meghan Markle's PR Chief Quits After Only 4 Months On The Job, Latest Departure In Staff Exodus - uInterview

Emily Robinson, the director of communications for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, left her position with the Sussexes after just a few months. She began working in late May 2025 and departed on October 24.

A spokesperson for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stated, "Ms. Robinson oversaw project-based work for a very successful season of With Love, Meghan and provided additional support for the production company." The spokesperson also added, "She did an excellent job and completed these projects with great success."

Meghan and Harry relocated to California in 2020, where they built a production company, established a media presence, and secured brand partnerships alongside philanthropic work.

Robinson's departure occurred shortly after Markle faced criticism during Paris Fashion Week for a video she posted while riding through the city. Many believed the video referenced the tunnel where Princess Diana, Harry's late mother, tragically died.

Robinson is not the first to leave the organization; there have been numerous departures in recent years. Notably, their global press secretary and head of communications, Ashley Hansen, left last year, as well as deputy press secretary Kyle Boulia and U.K. press officer Charlie Gipson.

Numerous reports have cited Markle's management style as a key reason for the high turnover.
