Proud to Serve: Cahokia Heights, IL police officer receives $500 from Brown & Brown

ST. LOUIS - Jonathan Williams, who serves his community of Cahokia Heights, Illinois, as a police officer and mental health advocate. After he and his academy classmates suffered the loss of one of their own, Jonathan makes it a priority to reach out to the community about mental health awareness!

Prior to being a Cahokia Heights police officer, Jonathan was a juvenile detention officer as well as a social worker and he was one of the first black officers to be hired by the Swansea police department. Even after all of these accomplishments, Jonathan's pride and joy are his three children!
