Commissioner Christopher McCleave Christopher McCleave is a senior executive in the mining industry with over 20 years of experience across major global mining companies. He currently serves as Chief Technical Officer at Vale Base Metals, leading asset management strategy, technical efficiency, and the advancement of sustainable mining practices.

He has held leadership roles at Anglo American, Glencore, and Rio Tinto. Christopher brings extensive experience in managing both underground and open-pit operations, as well as leading large-scale transformations and cross-border asset integration.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from the University of South Australia, an MBA from Deakin University, and an International Master's in Management from McGill University and Lancaster University -- strengthening both his technical insight and strategic leadership.

Recognized as a transformational leader, Christopher champions a sustainability-focused approach that balances productivity, workplace safety, and environmental responsibility. His visionary outlook continues to drive innovation in adaptive and forward-looking mining practices.

A distinguished senior prosecutor with over 30 years of legal experience, gaining a Doctorate in Law from Padjajaran University.

Jasman has been entrusted with several strategic positions, such as Direktur Penyidikan at the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia in 2010, and previously as Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) at the Attorney General's Office in 2008. Jasman was also appointed to lead the Kejaksaan Tinggi Kalimantan Tengah and Kejaksaan Tinggi Kalimantan Barat. His career path led him to the position of Deputy Attorney General on Supervision at the Attorney General's Office, placing him at the forefront of overseeing the performance of prosecutors throughout Indonesia. To this day, Jasman is still entrusted by the Attorney General's Office to serve as an Expert Senior Lecturer at its Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Attorney General's Office

With a solid track record, Jasman was assigned as a Special Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources in 2022. In this role, he is responsible for providing strategic legal advice to accelerate the resolution of legal issues and ensure the synchronization of regulations within the energy and mineral resources sector.
