REDDING, Calif. -- The Redding Police Department's Neighborhood Police Unit (NPU) has arrested Brandon Foreman, also known as "Brandon Hayward," following a months-long investigation into his alleged involvement in distributing large quantities of fentanyl in the Redding area.
On August 23, 2025, NPU officers conducting surveillance spotted Foreman returning from the Bay Area in a rental car on Highway 273. A search warrant executed on Foreman and the vehicle led to the discovery of more than two ounces of fentanyl and nearly 200 Xanax pills. Foreman was taken into custody for possession of controlled substances for the purpose of sales.
Following his arrest, officers executed a second search warrant at Foreman's residence on Redding Rancheria Road. Inside, they found evidence consistent with narcotics trafficking, including several digital scales, additional controlled substances, packaging material, a loaded pistol, ammunition, and several hundred thousand dollars in U.S. currency.
Foreman was booked into the Shasta County Jail on multiple charges related to the transportation and possession of controlled substances for sale.
