The Bastrop Cultural Arts Commission will unveil its newest bird sculpture by artist Robin Luck. In honor of Bastrop's Texas-Certified Bird Community -- which indicates Bastrop meets a set of standards that actively support bird conservation and habitat awareness -- the commission is filling Chestnut Street leading to downtown Bastrop with a public-art initiative focused on large sculptures of local birds made by area artists.Big Pink Benefit
