A house that sold for $1.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in West Windsor between Aug. 4 and Aug. 17.
During the past two weeks, a total of 16 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $781,743, or $383 per square foot.
The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of August 4 to the week of Aug. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
