Dyson's V12 Detect Slim runs on a digital motor that spins at up to 125,000 rpm and delivers 150 Air Watts of suction in its maximum power mode. While the actual run time varies based on what you're cleaning, the floor type, attachments used and power mode, the vacuum goes for approximately an hour at a time on one charge. It takes 3.5 hours to re-charge.
Compared to other popular cordless vacuums that run approximately 40-45 minutes, including Dyson models like the V8 Absolute, that's a few more rooms you can clean before recharging.
