Improvement works are underway at Millbrook's Paignton Park.
Long-awaited improvements to Paignton Park are finally moving ahead, with Councillor Jeremy Moulton confirming that a series of upgrades are now underway.
These improvements are set to revitalise the popular green space and make it safer and more enjoyable for families.
The play area will be restored with missing safety surfacing replaced and new play features installed, while a mesh fence will soon enclose the site to keep dogs out and children safe.

Cycle hoops, picnic benches with BBQ plates, and a hot ash bin will also be added to support family gatherings.
Other planned works include path resurfacing, tree planting, and the removal of old concrete pads and overgrown sycamores to improve visibility and reduce fly-tipping.
Tree works are due to finish this week, with the rest of the improvements taking place over the next two to three months.
