It seems ASRock is preparing to introduce two new DeskSlim products, and the X600 will be one of them. Per a recently surfaced spec sheet, the mini PC will have support for desktop AMD AM5 processors and a low-profile dGPU.
ASRock seems to be gearing up to launch new mini PCs, and among them is the AMD-powered DeskSlim X600. A spec sheet of the system has emerged, and it suggests that the compact PC will have support for AM5 desktop processors, starting from the Ryzen 7000 series to the 9000 lineup.
The spec sheet suggests that the mini PC has support for CPUs with up to 65W TDP, eliminating high-end options like the Ryzen 7 9800X3D out of the compatibility list. There's support for a low-profile, dual-slot discrete GPU, which could make the DeskSlim X600 a good pick for those interested in building a compact Steam Machine-like gaming PC.
However, it's worth noting that ASRock mentions support for up to a 330W PSU for the pre-configured options, which needs to be taken into consideration before equipping the mini PC with a dGPU (ASUS RTX 5060 LP BRK curr. $345.15 on Amazon). Other than that, the spec sheet mentions four DDR5 slots, bringing support for up to 256 GB of RAM.

According to these specs, it seems that the DeskSlim X600 will just be a slightly different version of the DeskMini X600 that launched in July 2025. However, it's yet to be seen how small the mini PC is, which will only be answered when it makes a proper debut.
