SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Sodbuster's Memorial Day Mud Bog drove up dirt this morning in South Bend, as people from all over Michiana showed up to watch over 90 trucks take their turn at running through the bog, all while raising money for local hospice care.
"Oh, it's huge. The more we get in spectator. We gotta, we gotta line the trucks we got, I think 95 trucks today lined up to run, and they're, they're excited. They're, they're ready to do this and donate money for good cause,' stated Chairman of the Bog Carl Woodcox.
A portion of the proceeds from today's mud bog were raised for the Center for Hospice Care in Mishawaka and Camp Mill House in South Bend.
